4. Youth Products & Parental Responsibility

YouthElite Labs products intended for youth athletes must be purchased by a parent or legal guardian.

By purchasing Products for a minor, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You determine whether the Product is appropriate for the intended athlete

  • You follow all suggested use and safety guidelines

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice prior to Order placement.

  • Payment must be successfully completed before Orders are processed

  • We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel Orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity

  • Promotional pricing and availability are subject to change

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the package is handed to the shipping carrier

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control

 

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. By placing an Order, you agree to that policy.

Products that do not meet return conditions (including used, damaged, or final-sale items) may be refused or refunded at our discretion.
