1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • All original seals, labels, and packaging must be intact

Due to the nature of consumable products, opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund, unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable are not eligible for return unless required by law.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.


3. Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, as appropriate.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Digital or downloadable products

If a product is mistakenly listed as returnable, we reserve the right to correct the error, except where prohibited by law.
